Searching an existing candidate library and the wider market against a job brief
Completing candidate profiles with work history, skills and location
Assessing candidates against a confirmed brief and ranking them with supporting evidence
A review workspace where recruiters record their decisions and notes

Black Dragon supports recruiters' decisions and does not make them. Recruitment firms remain responsible for which candidates they contact and put forward.

The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of any engagement will be set out in a separate statement of work or service agreement.
